Refunds and Returns Policy


Neurotek (“Neurotek,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to respecting your privacy.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Neurotek. If you have any issues with our products, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.


Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


To cancel an appointment without incurring charges, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. You can cancel by filling the form here.


Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or customers who do not show up for their appointments will be charged the full amount of the service.


In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we understand that cancellations might be unavoidable. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any exceptions to this policy.
